Join our Spotlight Crew and volunteer your time building community and connections through performing arts in Chatham-Kent! As part of this dedicated team, you will support and inspire visitors, and create unforgettable experiences at our theatres.

Eligibility

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be in good physical condition (i.e., able to stand for long periods and capable of assisting patrons by walking up and down balcony stairs)
Must be available to volunteer for a specific number of events at any of our Arts+Culture facilities
Have good “people skills” and enjoy helping patrons
Be knowledgeable of the information in the usher handbook
Attend the mandatory orientation and training on an annual basis
Provide a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
